The outer circle of the high precision numerically controlled lathe is conical in shape. The cause is due to the front and rear connections not aligned with the main axis. Due to the middle half position of the rear seat of the numerically controlled lathe is incorrect.
High precision inspection of CNC lathe may encounter the following errors, which are easy to analyze.
1. The outer circle of the high precision numerically controlled lathe is conical in shape. The cause is due to the front and rear connections not aligned with the main axis. Due to the middle half position of the rear seat of the numerically controlled lathe is incorrect.
2. The CNC machine rotates when the workpiece generates vibration. It may be because the end plug is too long or the end of the workpiece is too loose. It may be because the tool is not sharp enough or the radius of the bending tool is too large, or it may be because the rotating head is too spacious or the spacing of the medium and small sliding plates is too small.
3. Is the front not aligned with the main axis, or is the front bearing worn out due to bearing corrosion? The center hole of the workpiece is not cleaned, or the center hole is in contact with the bird's hair, the rotation axis of the center is in contact with the end of the handle, making the center hole not working. These will cause the jump circle not meet the specifications.
4. The center hole of the high precision CNC lathe is severely worn or corroded. It may be due to the use of dead head grease or the rotation speed of the main axis is too high, or the chicken leg is not clamped. The workpiece stops rotating when rotating.
