1. The role of navigation bearings

b) The contact point on the bearing surface is too small, the contact area is insufficient, does not meet the standard of the equipment.
5. Instructions to solve the increased bearing temperature
According to the manufacturer's design requirements, when the CNC lathe is in continuous working condition, the maximum temperature of the cooling water shall not exceed 25 ℃, the maximum temperature of the watt and the oil temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃, the temperature of the bearing and the oil temperature is high and low, not only related to the temperature of the cooling water. But also related to the lubricant oil flow condition and the gap condition of the main shaft and shaft.
The permissible spacing of the guide bearing of CNC lathe is 0.2~0.3mm (two-sided spacing). The bottom of the bearing shaft is immersed in the lubricating oil. When the main shaft rotates clockwise, the lubricating oil will easily penetrate the guide bearing surface and form an oil film. Lubricating the bearing surface.
